I'm very interested in reading about how you observe Jewish holidays. My husband is in the process of converting to Judaism. I don't really know much about it myself (I'm not religious), but I try to be supportive. (I wrote down every Jewish holiday on my calendar so I can be more aware of when they're coming up, and know which ones require fasting so I can be more sensitive on those days.)
