Dark Sun was always my favorite official D&D setting next to Birthright! I think like half of my D&D collection is Dark Sun stuff. I've even got the map of the Tyr Region framed and on my office wall, speaking of aesthetics.

I also folded psionics into the skill system to reinforce that they're just an everyday part of life in a way that magic definitely isn't. I agree that the psionics are one of the best parts, especially the way they're available to everyone, and I really want to push that aspect if I can.
