It does make me sad when I think about it But I'm glad that they get to see and spend as much time with Laila as they do. My uncle has two grandchildren now but my aunt died before they were born (and I think before my cousin was pregnant)--at least my mother kept my sister's baby clothes for thirty-six years and got to see them passed down to a new wearer.
