I looked this up out of curiosity, and it requires an actual hour of training lol. They need to submit records confirming they did it or be fined up to $1k per employee.
I'm imagining the commission being like, "Well, everyone needs training on this but we know they'll just do like five minutes so how much should we mandate?" and somehow they landed on an hour, maybe not realizing HOW LONG an hour is for a corporate training module. That's about as long as all my annual mandatory training combined.
