I did get my stuff! I finally got to a manager after letting spotify play Japanese music and the system got confused lmao. I was clear I understood they could not change my info for me but they were able to confirm that two of the packages had the wrong zip, and one had the correct one. I took the info I had on that to Petco's chat, got past THEIR bot finally, and a rep actually re-sent everything to me. I got them today. I'm not sure which of the orders it is because my roommate received it for me, but my cats will be fed! ;_;
