Yeah, the old fridge was plenty of space...for me. Like I mentioned, I haven't been able to make my own shiozake and tsukemono for literally years, but there might be enough space now finally. I'll have to give it a try!
Is there a way to fix the fridge temperature, like putting ice packs on bottom to hold in more cold or something? I suppose that just makes the space problem worse...
