She's such an interesting little girl with an adorable personality. I always look forward to your updates about her and wonder how she will change next time. I smiled about her princess phase. Having boys myself I never experienced that but my elder one loved dressing as Spiderman or Batman when he was very small. The best was American football, he had Washington Redskins and Miami Dolphins pyjamas and would stuff the shoulders with sweaters and such to give himself those big shoulders :) He was never interested in drawing and colouring but wanted a doctor's set when he was four. My younger (dyslexic) one loved making things from boxes thus I could never throw any away. He had an amazing memory for detail of things like an ATM. He had his first computer when he was five and never looked back :)

It's good that you encourage Laila in the things she enjoys. Often those early interests lead to what they choose as a career. At least it did with mine.
