I hear you about food costs. Healthcare is obviously okay here but food prices keep on rising. I have to budget and I've gotten good at it.

I'd love aircon but we haven't really had loads of very hot days in the past...but now it's definitely getting hotter and planners will need to rethink building homes with heat and aircon, or those units that provide both.
