The paragraph after that sends me to a website that asks me to configure my DHCP connections. Because yeah, I would have said my net was working if my DHCP was wrong.
THANKS FOR READING MY EMAIL, MOTHERFUCKERS.
...yeah, they're getting a call tomorrow.
"
My internet has been nearly unusable due to constant modem T3 timeouts
and restarts from about 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. for the past week. I cannot
count on being online for longer than 5 minutes at a time. A previous
support call and technician stopped the problem for a month, but now it
has begun again.
I have a wireless network, but the problem continues even if I plug a
laptop directly into the modem.
"Second paragraph of their response:
"
If you are using any additional networking hardware to connect your
computer to the modem, remove that equipment and connect the computer
directly to the modem and see if the connectivity issue still occurs. If
you no longer experience connectivity issue, the problem is with the
networking equipment, and you will need to contact the hardware
manufacturer.
