It's true! Even if I made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, I'd probably end up writing about it like, "I substituted in almond butter and used boysenberry jam that my parents bought in Oregon, and I used a brioche that I got from a bakery over in Oak Park, which I first went to back in 2014.
