I finally realized this by seeing in the email and was able to find out the order existed, but the tracking kept pushing delivery date back? So I call them and they were very confused about what I was talking about but we eventually hashed out I had deleted the email with the tracking, which took me back to the very same page as before... but apparently that means fedex is on track to bring it tomorrow (and 1/3 of it today). But 2 of the numbers say 'address corrected' and the one for today does NOT. I don't even know anymore. I hopefully will get my cat's food by the end of the week or I have to buy even MORE. lmao.
And calling fedex gives you a bot that sends you in circles. They literally will not let you talk to a human, nor correct shipping if you aren't the sender.
These companies are trying to push AI when they can't even work out basic customer service with the barebones of computer processing.
