Rosetta stone update

Uninstalling and reinstalling seemed to have fixed the problem...however, it now tells me I'm out of activations and I need to call them to reactivate. I'm roughly 14 hours ahead of them and it'd cost a fortune to call from a cell phone. Otherwise, I'd need to call from a payphone and drag my laptop out there.

So I'm asking if there's a way to activate by internet. Otherwise, maybe I'll return their software and hit up the Pirate Bay.

Oh, and despite their statement in the e-mail of " A Rosetta Stone Support Agent will respond to your question as quickly as possible," no one has even looked at my request yet. It's been three days. Some customer service.

In other GREAT MOMENTS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!, I had a package that was delivered by FedEx delivered to the wrong address (in the ghetto) on Thursday (yes, someone at that wrong address named J. Kane signed for MY package and everything)... and I still have no confirmation that it was a) retrieved, that is they went back to where they fucking delivered it to get it back, and b) have no way of confirming this online, because their online tracking system was not designed to handle this sort of thing. Which probably happens all the damn time, but since 6 days ago this package has been listed as "Delivered". I fucking hate them.

Same thing happened to me, but with UPS. They kept telling me I could check online for updates, but their online tracking system never updated past "delivered." I got my package, though.
