I just wrote my first lengthy Japanese passage.
What it's supposed to say is: "We have ordered Rachel’s new credit card. It should arrive in two weeks. We will come back to the store then. We are sorry for the delay. We apologize, we cannot write Japanese well." I'm pretty confident that it's close, but whether all the grammar is right I have no idea. We'll send it to the Softbank guy, though, and hopefully they'll understand.
Edit: Yay! He understood!
