As I put it on Facebook earlier:
I get that Passover is about a country under the control of a corrupt and tyrannical ruler who ignores the advice of experts even as the lands are stricken with plague, while the Children of Israel survive due to hiding in their homes.

But like, come on, G-d.
We're supposed to act as though we ourselves were brought out of Egypt, and you know, I think that'll be easier to imagine this year. Emoji eye bugging out

I have heard that some (not most) churches are going to to celebrate the beginning of Holy Week on the first Sunday after lockdown ends in their area, no matter when it is, and observe Easter, or something Easter-like, on the second Sunday after lockdown ends. In some traditions, Easter comes after a time of penitence and austerity, so there's thematic resonance to observing it at the end of lockdown.

Is there any discussion of similar holiday rescheduling or echoing in Jewish traditions?
